Protocol Engineer

仕事内容

· Work with the certification team members to support the testing activities in the labs

· Execution of AT&T, TMobile,and Verizon Wireless device certification test plan including 2G/3G/LTE/LTE CA/NR/ LBS/ WFC/ VoLTE and etc, with Keysight, R&S, Qnritsu test equipments.

· Real-time issues reporting to the stakeholders and assist in debugging activities

· Provide regular updates to multiple stakeholders

· Understand Carrier certification requirements and certification timelines

Qualifications

· 3 years+ of related practical experience in smartphone/ wearable device certification or testing areas

· Able to rotate working hours on 2nd/ 3rd or weekend shifts and be able to support overtime during project peak loading period

· Entry level experience in 3GPP wireless protocols (5G/LTE/3G/LTE-A)

· Good engineering skills in troubleshoot testing issues

· Hands on experience in any US carrier certification (AT&T, TMO,VZW) is required

· Good English oral and writing
