Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a Production Manager, at our Taoyuan City, Taiwan Location.

THE ROLE

Plans, directs and oversees all production activities in areas of safety, quality, cost, delivery and staffing for daily operations. Ensures that the ISOLA strategy is a daily driver.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implement and administer company operation procedures to make sure all manufacturing activities comply with corporate standards IOS.

2. Organize manufacturing department daily activities to ensure human resources are optimized.

3. Plan and coordinate production schedule to ensure delivery date is met.

4. Coach and train manufacturing team to meet department KPI’s.

5. Coordinate with other teams to ensure projects are completed within specifications, cost and schedule.

6. Well maintain facilities and equipment per SOP and keep at proper working condition.

7. Ensure the manufacturing actives are traceable and efficient.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. University or above graduated

2. Minimum 10 years working experience in managing manufacturing related filed, and which including 8 years in supervisory experience.

3. Production management experience in CCL or PCB industry related.

4. Capable of communicating in English and Chinese with international branch.

5. Good communication skill at all levels and negotiate and to build reporting.

6. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and manage staffs.

7. Well skill at project management.
