Product Validation Engineer - Celcius

Sigrity Product Validation team is looking for engineers with experience in thermal simulation and product verification.

As a member of our PV team, focusing on thermal, you will be working on the forefront of technology in the area of Celsius Thermal Solution for Chip, package, PCB, 3DIC, and System. You will be involved in world latest thermal analysis technologies development to help our customers create most innovative products.

Responsibilities:

Work closely within the Celsius RD/PE team, focusing on thermal and CFD analysis
Work within a global multi-functional team to review analysis technologies, project plans and functional specifications, develop test criteria and write test plans, manually exercise and test functionality of the products
Develop automated tests within the existing test environment
Maintain comprehensive regression suites for monitoring products quality
Work with the team to solve customer issues
Requirements

MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Electric Cooling, Electrical Engineering or BS degree with 3~5 years’ related working experience
Academic and/or practical engineering experience in CFD, FEM, 3D modeling, fluid-dynamics, and thermo-dynamics
Experience in using Sigrity tools or other thermal simulation tools
Having good analytical and problem-solving skills is essential
Good communication skills, self-motivation, self-sufficient and able to work independently as well as with teams
Plus items not required:

Understand test processes and methodologies in a software development environment
Be familiar with Linux system, and scripting skills with TCL, Shell, python is a plus
Knowledge of PCB design, routing, and packaging is a plus
