仕事内容

What You’ll Do
  • Promotes product sales to existing customers and identifies potential new customers.
  • Develops proposals, assesses customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products/services. May customize product in order to meet client requirements.
  • Provides technical support to clients after the sale of the product, troubleshoots technical problems. May provide technical training to customers staff. Recommends product improvements to design staff in response to customer feedback.
  • Participate as the regional coordinator for all new product introductions to ensure new products are define and deployed across the region.
  • Develop marketing and promotion plan based on market research and provide strategy to overcome market problems.
  • Prepare, implement and review monthly “rolling forecast” to ensure timely delivery of goods and keep inventory within budget
  • Provide training to sales team in order to assist them in achieving sales goal and meet market challenge
  • Provide deployment management through training, tracking, and the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Propose / Endorse pricing strategy and champion for a favourable price / guidelines
  • support sales business in promotion projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Electrical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management and/or business management experience in electrical service industry and/or B2B distribution business preferred.
Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in developing a business strategy, planning & budgeting.
  • Prior experience in developing product roadmap, positioning strategy, price management, value proposition development and launching new products.
  • Experience working with service, engineering and multiple sales channels.
  • Fluent in English
