Click here to check our trainee program introduction!You will support our new consumer-based fintech product - Roo(roo.cash) to help users to find the suitable financial product. The goal of your team is to achieve business outcomes by improving product and user acquisition costs. The ideal candidate will focus on these goals：

• Assist Production Managers to track product metrics, product timelines, and resources
• Conduct user flows, wireframes, PRDs
• Be responsible for data validation/analytics activities and make action plans
• Collaborate closely with PMs, Designers, Developers and QAs in an agile environment
  

Requirement

• Passionate about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills - must be able to communicate effectively with engineers, designers
• Strong orientation to detail work and follow-through.
• Be flexible and efficient in fast-paced environment
  
  

Nice to have

• Be passionate in data analytics, and have experience in SQL, GA, Amplitude tools
• Be passionate in user research, user interviews related work
