仕事内容

• To establish and maintain Taiwan Manufacturing Process and Project Management Systems.
• Intergrate resources & people in the Process & Project field to optimize operation cost at the lowest level.
• To ensure all Process & Project activities meet both Huntsman and local EHS standards and requirements.
• Lead new projects to optimize production process to meet new environmental regulations requirements , uplift KuanYin plant product quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Product Developer to introduce new products from lab scale to pilot scale, and mass production for business growth.
• Continuous to improve production process to shorten cycle time and increase production capacity.
