Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in New Taipei City. The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and improving processes for filament extrusion, processing and 3D printing. Expanding on the details, the Process Engineer will be a key participant in material development for filament, analyzing data to identify and resolve process issues, and managing the creation and maintenance of process and equipment documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of materials science principles, polymer chemistry, and chemical engineering.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English is a must.
• Solid understanding of 3D printing technologies, including extrusion-based processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding and polymer extrusion processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
