About The Job

Louis Vuitton aims to elevate the client experience at highest level in luxury market, we support store teams to achieve all client strategic and activities.

Develop and retain high valued clientele with genuine brand savoir-faire but in innovative approach by individual high spending client.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Private client relation event & activities

∙ Coordinate the selection of clients, hospitality programs & hosting for international & regional projects;

such as fashion shows, high-end events and corporate exceptional experiences

∙ Create strategic & creative local private client relationship experiences alongside the Events team or external third parties as appropriate

∙ Identify and send top clients to relevant exceptional experiences, matching clients’ interests and develop their loyalty to the brand

∙ Be knowledgeable and aware of the market trends and competitors, analyzing and recommending areas for business development and improvement

∙ Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to recruit new high potential clients

∙ Cost control and budgets for all Private Client Relation activities, monitor results & profitability of all actions

International Event

  • Coordinate and consolidate the High Watch Making, High Jewelry Event and Fashion show client details
  • Cost control and budget optimization

High-end Event

∙ Ensure Louis Vuitton standards are applied and maintained at all times across the client experience

∙ Identify, share and leverage all best practices across all Taiwan stores

  • Projector leader for High-end event and Trunk Show
  • Cost control and budget optimization

Grands Vendeurs

  • Giving direction/people develop path for Grand Vendeurs
  • Grands Vendeurs special tools support and special experience organize
  • High-spending clients customize client animation to bounding deeper with our brand
  • To extend our client pool and increase the sales through partner with third party to recruit new high potential clients
  • Involved LVMH Group through different industry brand’s high-end experience

Other Relationships

Internal :

  • Co-work with Retail, Merchandising, Communication Team and others.
  • Closely influence Personal shoppers and in-store CRM.
  • Communicate directly to central private client relationship team.

External :

  • Event, PR and other accommodation agency.
  • Art related companies such as museum, gallery, fine dining.
  • Third party partnership, such as Department store landlord, American Express
  • Centurion Card and other Taiwan business organization.

Additional information

Experience: 5 years above

Skill:

∙ In-depth knowledge of the trends of the Luxury markets as well as highest standards of Client experience

∙ Leadership skills support you in managing the team and related clienteling role

∙ Influential skills to collaborate with the many stakeholders of the role

∙ Significant experience working around topics such as Client Development, CRM and Clienteling in a leading luxury company.
