Job Description

• Failure analysis of returned RMA Client SSD
• According to results of diagnostic tool, perform relative HW, FW or NAND analysis
• Checking history cases to figure out the possible failure scenario
• Improve testing cases and try to catch customers’ failures
• Implement test FW codes for special cases
• Improve capabilities/functionalities of diagnostic tools
• Communicate with teams to have failure replication and experiment
• Feedback failure cases and replication procedures to PETE and RD teams to improve production quality.
  

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Computer Science or Information Technology with 5 years working experience in relevant field
• Embedded system or flash product experiences will be a plus
• Strong communication skills to cooperation with different teams
• Good in preparing test cases and executing test plans
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Aggressive intentions of unknown failure symptom and replication procedures
• Fluent English communication skill
• Preferred proficient in C and Python
• Preferred NAND flash knowledge and experience
