Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst for NXT Footwear.

The candidate should be a strong team player who possesses strong organization and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate across functions and with multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Work On

The Portfolio Analyst supports the Portfolio Management team in NXT Footwear. This role will support the strategic alignment of projects to portfolio categories and criteria, tracking resource allocation and capacity, and providing reporting and internal portfolio communications. It will be critical for the candidate to be results driven and highly flexible to change in an ambiguous environment.

In the role, the candidate will be responsible for collecting and managing program and portfolio information and maintaining the accuracy of reporting with consistent updates. It will be essential to build strong relationships with functional leader and project teams they support, as well as work closely with the Portfolio Management team to identify potential gaps in the portfolio while continually looking for ways to improve and streamline processes.

Who You Will Work With

You will work with other portfolio and operations teammates within Innovation, including Sustainability, Digital and Exploration, as well as be the key contact for the functional team you support within Footwear. WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 1+ years of project/program management experience; PMP certification is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Miro and AirTable
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proven track record to organize, prioritize and deliver outcomes
• Problem solving/resolution and results oriented
• Highly flexible, comfortable working in a fast paced environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
• True team collaborator
