• Responsible for production process control and deployment. * Plan and execute a quality management system. * Prepare budgets for raw materials, equipment, and human resources, and control production costs. * Responsible for plant management, including equipment maintenance and management, and plant layout and management. * Manage factory personnel, including recruitment, training, assessment, and coordination of labor relations.
• Over 10 years of experience in factory field
• Relevant university degree or higher education
• Must have familiarity with factory processes
• Proficient in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Exhibits a proactive and positive attitude, excelling in cooperation and coordination
• Possesses strong cross-functional coordination skills
