Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in managing SoC or semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership experience.
• Experience working with foundry partners
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with assembly/test/die preparation and project management.
• Experience growing/working with teams of diverse technical backgrounds and leading cross-functional deliverables.
• Experience with business generation supply planning and factory supply planning.
• Understanding of analog/digital design, development flows, and wafer fabrication knowledge.
• Ability to connect, network, and collaborate with others in a large product organization.
• Excellent communication, spreadsheet software, and presentation skills to an executive audience, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business units to align and execute deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop silicon supply chain strategies that support Google’s strategic roadmap, supply/demand optimization to meet multiple programs’ requirements.
• Generate and execute a clear statement of supply and demand by driving forecast accuracy to sample and Material Planning (MP) deliverables of time, data, and finished goods
• Align capability, capacity, and materials readiness through MP.
• Coordinate samples and supply line readiness, develop and integrate sustainable resolutions to any supply gaps, collaborating with all cross-organizational teams, maintaining transparent alignment, and informing teams.
• Execute production control functions of dispatching, expediting, and tracking. Keep partners in alignment on status and deliverables and diverting escalation to minimize disruptions.
