Job Description

Under general supervision, perform the products production by following the SOP and WI, preventive maintenance equipment inspections, 6S and housekeeping. Follow the rules of quality management system and Safety/Healthy/Environment management system. Responsible for In Process Quality Control, process upset recovery in order to achieve the department’s goals.

RD Sample & NPI production have a high management of quality & production goal, can on time deliver to customer.

負責現場生產管理 包含常規性PM巡檢6SEHSSafety並遵循作業指導書與SOP去進行作業. 另也需負責組員的教育訓練與產品品質之責，有責任確保產品生產的品質確認，並有能力針對現場狀況進行修正恢復而達到部門目標。

RD 樣品、NPI 產品生產能夠具有高品質的管理與生產目標，確保準時交貨給客戶。

• Perform the daily operation related task
• Perform the manufacturing related batch operations by following SOP and operational & products’ WI, including RM preparation. (RM receiving, RM transportation, WMS operation, Oracle system & SAP operation, LIMS operation, IPQC instrument calibration & sample inspection)
• Perform the filling and package related operation (filters replacement, containers cleaning, label sticking, finish goods transportation)
• Monitoring the manufacturing process by SAP.
• Report to an Operations Supervisor when there are any abnormal situations.
• Assure correct production work described in Work Instruction to meet production plan.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and contribute to plant safety initiatives. Perform miscellaneous production related tasks (inventory cycle count, preventive maintenance incident investigation).
• Investigate into root cause reported by NCR in quality system.
• Lead the SH&E and Housekeeping
• Lead 6S activities and patrol the manufacturing site for housekeeping.
• Maintain the safe environment on duty.
• Coordinate the safety for the PM and repairs with maintenance group.
• Support and advice for OAs to execute their daily work.
• Help/mentor OA to achieve PFP goals and IGP agreement.
• Production efficient plan & CI Project.
• Have a people management plan & completed development flow

• 常規盤點作業
• 異常事故調查
• 遵循環安相關規定作業
• 支援並教育組員從事現場生產作業
• 協助組員達成考績績效與未來發展計畫

• 具有人員管理計畫與發展流程
