We are a bunch of ambitious folks and we want to create a place that you will want to show up for every single morning, and create products that make you smile more.Join us in our mission to spread smiles across Asia!Based in Taiwan, you will joining our highly motivated, focused and efficient regional Operations Team.With a key eye for detail and a burning desire to learn and contribute more, you will be involved in key operational processes that allow our range of Smile Cosmetics products to get into the hands of customers seamlessly with a smile.As Operation Executive, you are going to:

• Assist Operation Manager to perform daily operations, including but not limited to packer team management and last mile fulfillment
• Work with 3PL to ensure smooth warehouse operation
• Maintain inventory accuracy with WMS
• Prepare MI (management index) and KPI reports with accuracy
• Perform other projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  
  

You are a fit for this role, if you:

• Can think creatively about process flow and possess a keen attention to detail
• Are a critical-thinker and problem-solver that can tackle challenges outside your scope
• High Diploma or above, preferred in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Have previously worked in Logistics Operations in a professional capacity (1-2 years)
• Are able to process, monitor and resolve transactions that occur throughout the day accurately
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ensure patient confidentiality is always protected
• Know basic written and spoken Cantonese
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
