Operations Associate-Contractor

Job Description

Under general supervision, perform the products production by following the SOP and WI, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, 5S and housekeeping. Follow the rules of quality management system and Safety/Healthy/Environment management system.

• Perform the daily operation related task (70%)
• Perform the manufacturing related batch operations by following SOP and operational & products’ WI, including RM preparation. (RM receiving, RM transportation, Oracle system operation, LIMS operation, IPQC instrument calibration & sample inspection)
• Perform the filling and package related operation (filters replacement, containers cleaning, label sticking, finish goods transportation)
• Perform the maintenance, improvement and calibration for the operation equipment. Ensure the all of machine and instrument run smoothly.
• Report to an Operations Supervisor or a Lead OA when there are any abnormal situations.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities and contribute to plant safety initiatives. Perform miscellaneous production related tasks (inventory cycle count, preventive maintenance, incident investigation). (20%)
• 5S activities and manufacturing site housekeeping.(10%)
