Job Description

• 具有差車證照,孰練使用高位差車
• 具有撿貨、進出貨、貨品上架、庫存控管、盤點、倉庫整潔維持、貨品配送...等作業熟悉經驗者。
• 執行管理多個客戶服務作業
• 負責與客服單位溝通工作狀況
• 制定部門人力規劃及工作職掌, 進行培訓、激勵、輔導及管理，提出明確倉庫系統需求，與客服人員及客戶協調溝通
• 傳達公司政策並確實依政策執行到倉庫所有人員
• 協助及指導倉庫人員在工作崗位上的執行技能
• 各項倉庫相關管理表單製作與分析，有效強化內稽內控之作業執行
• 具有找出問題點並提出解決方案
• WMS/TMS /客戶系統操作
• 客戶異常回饋案件處理
• 其他主管交辦事項
  

工作地點: 新北市林口

Qualifications

大學以上學歷, 企業管理貨物流相關科系

英文說寫流利溝通無慮

能獨立完成報告(PPT)

孰練OFFICE(PPT, word, 精通EXCEL 函數的使用)

有使用過WMS/TMS 的經驗

有物流產業的相關經驗5-10年
