Operation Head/Director (Supply Chain/Warehouse)

• Optimize product availability while effectively balancing overstocks and understocks.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and performance management of FC(Fulfillment Center) staff
• Work with Logistics partners to manage an effective last mile delivery process, optimize costs and inventory risks within the supply chain
• Implement system/process improvements with internal stakeholders, suppliers and logistics suppliers
• Drive metrics to improve efficiency, implementing the necessary changes within in-stock and operations teams.
• Working with Business Managers to evaluate new product opportunities, relating to inventory and operational risk and considerations.
