职位描述和职位要求To manage asset for business sustain and profit enhancementThis position has two responsibility: Act as Taiwan Asset Manager for onsite/franchise plant in north and central Taiwan.Onsite Commercial Project Lead

• Lead commercial and onsite matrix in all aspects of small plant projects ex. purifier expansions, analytical equipment and capacity improvement, etc. at existing sites
• Foster/Develop relationship with the key customers in conjunction with sales. Ensure Air Products to meet their needs and to better understand how Air Products can continue adding value to their respective facilities and areas
• Maintain each franchise’s and onsite plant’s asset lists to monitor asset utilization, recycling, maintenance, replacement, relocation, upgrade and retirement
• Cooperate with the operation team to continuously optimize assets to ensure high productivity and utilization and to minimize waste and risk
• Collect market intelligence and marketing information to support the sales team’s bid activities and to constantly update each franchise’s and onsite plant’s thorough profiles to be ready to be presented internally or externally at any time

Principal Accountabilities

• Align with Global Helium supply chain for supply and Demand planning
• Establish Business Continuity Plans in case of global supply volatility
• Develop Demand/Supply plan with Business Director and get alignment with global Helium pricing and policy guidance
• Provide asset management leadership to Air Products’ new or major fab retrofit opportunities. This also includes adding smaller prospects to load our franchise systems
• Manage the existing on-site/pipeline assets which includes L/B assets in onsite contracts
• Lead the strategic planning and coordinate the company’s resources across product lines for new opportunities. This also includes working closely with merchant team on new territory entry strategy
• Integrate with LB team to win major onsite and LB business for one company
