職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

【工作內容】
1.支持行銷團隊規劃、實施和執行等活動。
2.協助製作行銷材料和宣傳資料
3.support 行銷活動,如campaign, 事前會議、網絡研討會和醫療保健貿易展覽...等
4.協助調查市場相關信息等。
5.其他主管交待事項

  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and healthcare trade shows.
  • Provide administrative and project support for marketing programs.
  • Compile and organize market information.
  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.

需求條件 / Key Requirements

人格特質:
  • 溝通能力強 &英文讀寫流利, 聽說中等( 並參與國外專案會議)
  • 有彈性. 抗壓性強. 不怕挫折及變動. (因活動討論會需要時常溝通. 依情況或反應調整)
  • 熟excel , 細心有耐心. (因需要做資料整合)
  • 邏輯清楚. (因需要做資料分析)

1.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or healthcare-related preferred.
2.Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
3.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4.Attention to detail.
5.Superior organizational and time management skills.
6.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and
Outlook.
7.Pharmacy/pharmaceutical related backgroud is a plus.

【月薪】35000~42000(依經驗核薪)

任職滿一年加發一個月月薪
