Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibility 1: Stock Management
  • Optimize stock availability to support business, especially for daily sales items, through good local forecasts on volume best-selling references
  • Ensure good representation of the assortment in each boutique and model stock at the level to support market needs
  • Leveraging dynamic reporting tool, permanently measure stock performance, monitor stock rotation and execute stock balancing between BTQs when required.
  • POSM ordering, stock controlling, and communication across departments
  • Coordinate with boutiques’ client requests to support their daily business.

Key Responsibility 2: Supply and L ogistics P lanning
  • Ensure the delivery of novelties and auto replenishments on time to support sales.
  • Manage all the importation and exportation process on time to support events and promotion periods.

Key Responsibility 3: Reporting & Analytics
  • Turn in stock analysis with accuracy and qualitative feedbacks for management meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Prepare and lead monthly merchandising meeting (STOMP) with regional merchandising and operations teams
  • Provide in-depth analytics on stock planning during key promotion periods.

Key Responsibility 4: Collaboration with Key Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing , boutiques and communications teams with all stock / product related topics to achieve business goal.
  • Proactively work with regional team on supply chain initiatives for quantitative and qualitative feedbacks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in sales, marketing, or any related fields..
  • 2+ years as a merchandising executive or in supply chain, luxury industry a plus.
  • Good Command of English
