仕事内容

• Provide ongoing support for clinical development activities, including tasks such as protocols, IB updates, CSR, and regulatory documents.
• Oversee the development of medical communications materials, including papers and posters for ophthalmology conferences.
• Author and compose clinical and regulatory documents, encompassing but not limited to protocols, IBs, CSRs, and IND/NDA modules...etc.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data in alignment with study objectives, and compile results to present a clear understanding of study outcomes, whether for publication or presentation at medical conferences.
• Compose, revise, and publish research findings in reputable scientific journals, and potentially in journals aimed at a general audience.
• Identify industry trends by reviewing related literature searches.
• Work both independently and as a team leader, ensuring the successful completion of projects with varying levels of complexity and specific deadlines.
  
  

• Ph.D. preferred in field of pharmaceutical/medical/biological or related;
• 2+ years of scientific writing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industry and Ophthalmology acknowledgment and experience is preferred.
• Familiar with drug development process and clinical trial environment.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills and expert knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; excellent communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter and discipline to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
