About Our Client

Our client is a biotech focuses on immune-dermatology diseases treatment. The company has multiple pipelines in pre-clinical and clinical stages for unmet needs, aiming for the global drug markets

Job Description

• Leader in medical team to deliver protocol development strategies and pipeline project management
• Manage portfolio of complex development projects and ensure consistency of scientific strategies with target label claims and goals
• Coordinate IND, CMC and other submission packages with agency partners
• Support pre-clinical and clinical development strategy and execution
• Cooperate with different functions internally and main contact with external stakeholders
  

The Successful Applicant

• Higher education background in Medical Science, Pharmacy, Pharmacology or related discipline, for example Ph.D./M.D. is highly preferred
• 10+ years in the industry with solid drug development practice in small molecules new drugs, proven records in pre-clinical and clinical development, disease strategy planning and executions
• Strong expertise in clinical development and protocol design
• Knowledge in non-clinical PK/Toxicology studies, bioanalytical, and/or ADME assays
• Great English and Mandarin communication ability both in spoken and written
• Highly developed decision-making ability and communication skills
• Excellent skills in multi-tasking and time management
