Role and Responsibilities

OBJECTIVES

1. To plan and execute the Maserati brand’s marketing & PR campaigns, and local activities to enhance brand/ product awareness and to build buzz in the media.

2. Planning Maserati national events from start to finish according to the given objective, target audience, or any tactical purpose.

3. To build positive word of mouth through strategic planning via varied media platforms

4. To work with the team and lead the 3rd party agencies to implement the press, VIP, and client events with creativity and a goal-oriented mindset.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maserati national event planning and PR affairs management (50%):

  • To build up creative, comprehensive, and concrete PR & event strategy, launch communication plan, and event marketing campaign to reach the brand or product launch goals, and follow up on execution and KPI analysis.
  • Leading the event agencies/ vendors to initial and execute the event marketing campaigns to expand the media and public effects.
  • Knowing Maserati’s DNA and industry news to create trending topics, content, and then to make the media buzz in a certain period.
  • Developing a media relations and network maintenance strategy, seeking high-level placements in both traditional and new media

2. Media test-drive, news release, and media exposures/ coverage management (40%):

  • To conduct media test drives, media gatherings, car appreciation, etc. with strategical exposures/ coverage planning and maximize the PR results through effective content providing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a monthly basis.
  • Managing media inquiries and interview requests
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.

3. Local activities and regional events support and unique project initialing (10%):

  • To assist the marketing manager and marketing team to host Maserati events and campaigns across Taiwan.
  • Regional events support on targeting and results monitoring, as well as preparing final management report.
  • Understand the importance of KPIs and communicate, and track the commercial impact to drive Maserati business development.
  • To initiate and manage project plans of defined marketing and event activities.

Qualifications

  • A prior professional insight and experience in a structured Marketing environment.
  • Understanding of the luxury environment and the specific expectations of high-end clients and prospects.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a PR & event marketing role is a must. Possess the ability to host product launch events, press conferences, or consumer engagement activities is required.
  • Good network management skills, able to manage the media and familiar with PR & event operating and execution procedures.
  • Capable of thinking analytically, goal-oriented, and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills.
  • An individual who can be spontaneous on working as a team player whilst upholding one’s character and opinion.
  • Passionate about cars and have a better understanding of luxury/ premium industry outline.
  • University degree or above in marketing, journalism, or management major.

  • Should obtain a driver’s license and being able to drive well is a must.
  • The working place is located in Taipei/ business traveling is upon request.
