We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Taiwan team. The right person is passionate and knowledgeable about Sneakers and Streetwear, their consumers and the media landscape. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, as well as working with a variety of external vendors to develop world-class marketing campaigns for Novelship across Taiwan. This role will report to the Taiwan Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns
• Manage the 360 marketing calendar updates
• Develop marketing campaigns for product launches, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
• Help with brand and influencer events as needed
• Gather market insight to inform outreach strategies
• Assist with paid media digital ad campaigns including briefing, executing, and performance tracking
  

Requirement

• 3 years of relevant experience in marketing/agencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and/or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Knowledge of sneakers and streetwear fashion industry is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced, flexible environment
