About The RoleWere looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be a part of a growing team of exceptional individuals in a newly opened office in Taipei city. This is a rare opportunity to put your imprint on a successful 22-year old company that is relatively new to the Taiwan market.In line with our mission, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by collaborating with different departments across the organization and providing key data that help the business run efficiently.Responsibilities

• Be the creative force behind our brand image, awareness, mission, and social presence in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Support Taiwan sales team with marketing activities and programs to aid our sales process
• Coordinate those marketing programs with global colleagues
• Develop relationships with analysts and industry influencers
• Organize webinars and virtual events directly and with our key go-to-market partners
• Develop our social media channels by writing posts, press releases and articles
• Support customer marketing activities by registering users, assisting with marketing pilots, running reports
• Assist with creation of presentations
• Qualify the leads generated thanks to your marketing initiatives
  

Youll Love This Job if You

• Have experience in results-driven marketing to HR or corporate L&D
• Have a passion for B2B communication
• Excel in verbal and written communication, as well asEnglish (fluency in a second foreign language will be a plus)
• Are detail oriented, multi-tasker and can work collaboratively in a small-office environment
  

What Were Looking For

• 3-5 years of marketing experience
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related fields
