Job Mission

To participate, liaise & implement the skincare marketing plan to reach company’s target and brand vision. Responsible for the co-ordination of client activities for F&BP Division to provide excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Assist Product Manager to implement launch plan.
  • Analyze & consolidate launch result on a weekly basis in order to improve for next campaign’s planning & execution.
  • Work with Logistics Dept, assure good inventory quality (finish goods, samples & SPM) both in the warehouse & counters; assure labeling Logistics Dept carries out procedures and ensure shelf-life/stock turn of each SKU.
  • Selling items, SPM, and samples allocation by counters; benchmark sales weight according to campaign type. Support counters on stock movement and replenishment for key campaign.
  • Coordinate with local Communications management team, training team, sales team to optimize the execution of any campaign.
  • Campaign animation briefing to retail marketing team.
  • Beauty Research data support and analysis

Event & Promotion Activities

  • Work closely with Product Marketing Team and Event Leader for the execution and implementation of VIP event to ensure all details are planned and executed in line with business direction and CHANEL vision
  • Develop in-store Event strategy and deployment
  • Participate and co-ordinate the development of promotion plans for VIP during department store promotion period
  • Monitor on the performance/effectiveness of events

Market Search and Statistics

  • Monitor competitors’ VIPs activities and launches
  • Assist in gathering & compiling competitors’ communications

Budget and Cost Control

  • Monitor actual expenses of promotion and event activities within budget

Person Specifications

  • University graduate or above, preferably major in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in cosmetics marketing. Previous experiences in Skincare category and Event Marketing is a plus.
  • Good understanding of cosmetic market in retail industry and profound knowledge about consumer behavior
  • Innovative and curious in client engagement, good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and manage multi tasks with priorities. A good team player
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
