Job Description

  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Compile and update sales-related data into dashboards (from a product perspective): daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly results and comments, updates, sales dashboard crossing data from various departments (working closely with Marketing, Communications, Retail stakeholders)
  • Analyze trends and drive insights for planning and actions, identify opportunity for growth
  • Ensure relevance and accuracy of data and update and improve existing reports
  • Support in diverse presentations preparation / reporting process and provide ad-hoc analysis when required from Executive Committee
  • Market insights and business intelligence
  • Analyze the performance of Marketing activations and drive learnings by comparison with previous activations/campaigns
  • Monitor, collect, compile and organize information about economical environment and competitors’ activities in Taiwan market -cross product categories (online and offline, inclusive of e-commerce)
  • Prepare regular monthly market/competition reports and feedback sharing to management and region
  • Yearly Plan support
  • Assist Marketing & Communications Director on the elaboration of the yearly plan, contributing to presentations and slides coordination (contents, research, analytics, formatting,…)
  • Transversal Projects support
  • Support Product/PR/Event teams on few transversal projects operations
  • Contribute to Marketing & Communications Newsletter elaboration

Criteria

University / Business school graduate

Good analytical and organization skills

International exposure, open-minded, doer and team player

High level of ethics

Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred, and French is a plus

Microsoft Office Suite (especially EXCEL + POWER POINT). BI SAP a plus
