Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
  • As key player to manage the TW Marketing Operations functions especially the critical GTM Process, and key marketing deliverables for TW.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and align GTM Calendar/Milestones across functions for TW and work in-sync with MOPS at GCA level to facilitate all key GCA/TW GTM milestones.
  • Co-ordinate marketing planning inputs (IBP, Category Input) working closely with local Category Management & Finance teams.
  • Support the local/GCA key GTM milestones preparation. Manage material download & upload for all Global/GCA Handover milestones
  • Manage the local Master Data
  • Supporting in creation, validation and alignment of the local line lists
  • Support local Category Management teams in maintaining RMA
  • Support BD to report performance across market, category, channel e.g. Pre-Buy, Buy analysis
  • Support on the local sample budget planning, tracking sample delivery and local sample management with Category Management teams.
  • Develop understanding and provide support to relevant IT applications, in particular GCA ranging tools, Marvin, RMA, DMT etc.
  • Support to establish and governance of the local GTM milestones and timelines that aligned with the GCA timelines.
  • Support and coordinate on all the key local GTM milestones/timeline set up, tracking and feedback for improvement. Support ranging related systems and processes
  • Co-ordinate key deliverables from all stakeholders in the range preparation process in a timely manner to adhere to key milestones for each product season
  • On time communications of the key update from GCA down to the local team.
  • Align key performance indicators for key product categories

  • Category NS, Net Margin, ASP
  • Sell-In & Sell-out

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Good presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Distinct track record of success and high-level process management knowledge
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and support functions (finance preferred)
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • 6-8 years of experience in merchandising/product/process management required.
  • Fluent in English
