- Process and distribute all incoming mail
- Sort and process outgoing mail (including registered mail)
- Calculate and compile the total cost of outbound domestic mail
- Arranging and communicating with local couriers to confirm pickup and delivery
- Monitor and order supplies for office printers/fax machine toner and paper
- Monitor and order supplies for pantry consumables in all Taiwan offices
- Coordinate and management of warehouse document storage
- Contact and coordinate with external vendors/building management for maintenance of office facilities equipment
- Meeting room arrangements and ordering of lunch boxes
- Support the Executive Assistant of the General Manager for administrative matters as required
- Support reception when required
- Taiwan Disability Identification Card required (Must Have)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in local language, English is good to have but not a must
- Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of assigned duties
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Ability to be flexible in respect to work assignments and new learning
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in handling front desk/reception duties a plus
- Experience in dealing with confidential information
- Good time management and detailed-oriented
- Diploma or above educated or equivalent experience
