Roles And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for hitting the goal of LS channel share of market
  • Delivering sell-out and weighted distribution target by successfully managing the regional sales team
  • Monitoring sales volume, product mix, and selling price and propose action plan based on supply and demand, changing trends and competitors dynamic
  • Develop team capability to drive company mission and vision
  • Ensuring outstanding quality of visibility(L3F) in coverage outlets, especially iconic and leading outlets
  • Annual/ quarterly promotion execution
  • Projecting sell-out forecast and phasing by analyzing current sales performance, market context and trends
  • Supervising team execution standard and ensuring call plan in line with guideline and, providing coaching on sales capability
  • A&P/ Market visit management
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationship with outlets customers
  • Conducting analysis of market potentials, opportunities and competitors’ activities in MOT channel and provide recommendations
  • Actively seeking new outlets, customers, opportunities for company products and business.
Qualification
  • 7 years above sales experiences in wine & spirit industry or FMCG ; At least 2 years people management experiences.
  • Influencing & Networking: Ability to establish and develop mutually beneficial and trusting business relationships with key internal / external stakeholders, through cooperation, integrity and with strong interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Strong consumer and customer insights
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good OFFICE skills
  • Valid Taiwan work permit is required
