You will have the opportunity to work for the fortune 500 company. Lead the logistic team and cooperate with service providers to deliver the high quality operation result with aligned budget.
  • Develop logistic strategy to support company goal
  • Monitor and drive the operation key performance index including productive, inventory accuracy…etc.
  • Ensure the operation comply with company and local government request
  • Manage and cooperate with 3PL service providers
  • Respond for annual budget development and spending control. Cost analysis to find out saving opportunity.
  • Lead contract negotiation and renewal
  • Lead team members to accomplish the tasks. Coach and train up the capability of the team.
  • Provide logistic solution to fulfill customer request
  • Lead value steam analysis to simplify the process and eliminate the non-necessary waste
  • Conduct the analysis for performance gap, develop the action plan, and drive the correction
Qualifications
  • Leadership and communication skill
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skill
  • Analysis and multitasking skill
  • Project management skill
  • Team player
  • Able to work independently and adapt to the change
  • Strong skill in MS office, Excel VBA capability is the plus
  • Be fluent in both of English and Mandarin
  • Proven experience on 3PL management is required
  • Proven experience on people management is required.
  • Proven record on operation and cost improvements is required.
  • Regular business travel is required
