仕事内容
Responsibility
1. To develop and implement an effective learning and development strategy for cultivating and training our employees to grow and transform with business
2. Partner with department heads for Talent and Succession pipelines within the organization
3. To communicate and coordinate with the internal developing team and external L&D vendors for cooperate needs
4. To plan and deliver diverse learning projects covering from new employees onboarding to management-level development for global BU
5. To lead internal leadership programs, employee engagement activities, employee loyalty projects and government training projects as well
6. Support other HR and administration function projects
Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field and 5+ years of training working experience
2. Good at data analysis and data visualization
3. Approachable, responsive, and able to connect with employees at all levels
4. Proficient in both English and Chinese
