【Job Responsibility】

• Work with business partner closely to develop technology strategy, including product portfolio and pipeline, resource management and technology toolbox development, to drive business growth.
• Engage with OEM with a solution approach to enable customer product/device roadmap.
• Work with circuit fabricators to provide trouble shooting on application issues for existing products, introduce new products and accelerate their market adoption.
• Map on competitive landscapes and develop value proposition base on customer needs.
• Create IP space to ensure FTO and IP protected technology to strengthen competitiveness.
• Foster global technology collaboration and resource leverages.
• Embed sustainability into technology strategy and product roadmap through customer collaborations.

【Expected background/knowledge】

• MS or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Science related area, PhD preferred.
• Familiar with circuit fabrication process, testing, and associated materials, including dielectric materials and Cu foil selections.
• Experienced in customers/OEM engagement.
• Experiences in new product/application development, preferably on dielectric materials.
• Experiences in leading a global technology team is preferred.
• Exposure to portfolio and project pipeline management.
