Description

Job responsibilities:

1. Manage key account activities to ensure company application technologies being adopted in development or production stages at customer sites in various phases.

2. Analyze issues that occur from customers’ use of the product, and work together with other internal teams to resolve all related challenges on site

4. Manage process testing at the customer’s site, lead technical training for customers

5. Conduct in-depth research on the target market and propose constructive product development directions. Promote new products and technologies with sales and marketing teams.

6. Collaborate with sales and application team to promote products or technologies to target and potential customers

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, mechanical, electrical, material science or related fields; 7~12 years of experience working in semiconductor advanced packaging or related sectors

2. Experience in applied process development

3. Proactive and enterprising work style

4. Good interpersonal skills

5. Priority given to those with work experience in foreign-funded enterprises

6. Fluent in English, priority given to those with an English proficiency level of CET-6 or above

7. Can adapt to frequent business trips
