About This Role

Our IT Specialist helps to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of day-to-day IT issues & requests. This role reports to our Regional Manager for Group IT and will be based in our TW office. Our ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills to succeed in the role.

About IT Services

As a technology company, we always look for new ways to make our internal workflows more efficient. The IT Services team designs develop and implement new systems to make work even more secure and reliable for all Klookers across the world.

Responsibilities

• Provide local and regional BAU support to end-user and IT systems, administrate and maintain local and global IT systems and infrastructure to achieve high accessibility and meet service SLAs defined by the department.
• Be the subject matter expert to the regional IT system and business function to handle all queries from the stakeholders
• Maintain and update local IT inventory and local infrastructure to ensure the accuracy and availability of local IT records.
• Evaluate the use of IT technologies and methods, and align new technologies with company and department objectives.
• Take ownership and responsibility for managing regional project assignments and tasks.
• Work with other departments and different stakeholders to identify and evaluate and escalate their needs, and provide solutions when necessary.
• Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned when necessary.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in user support or system administration with cloud-based infrastructure.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems.
• Familiar with both Windows and MAC operating systems is compulsory.
• Experience with mobile device management systems such as Intune, and Jamf are preferred.
• Experience with and understanding of enterprise platforms and solutions, including identity management (e.g. AAD, Google IdP, Okta), Cloud Platform services(Azure, GCP, AWS) and concepts are preferred.
• Understanding process automation concepts and being able to apply concepts into solutions to solve real problems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is highly preferred
