【Role Purpose】

1. Support and work on requirements/issues from customers.

2. Develop IT solutions for the local country (TW).

【Job Responsibilities】

1.To manage the project and report regularly against the project plan to ensure visibility of project progress.

2. To develop project plan, scope, key stakeholder requirements

3. To monitor investment cost, ensure adequate resources are available.

4. To compliment application solution support on daily IT related incident especially priority and critical outages.

5. To provide user training and user support.

6. To track high priority service related incidents and ensure root cause analysis and fault resolution is coordinated and delivered to avoid recurrence of issues.

7. To communicate with business function users to determine business needs and requirements to formulate business system requirements

8. Ensure system analysis and design fulfill business requirements

9. Liaise between BIT and business users to ensure local business needs are communicated to and understood by BIT

10. Determine and advise core application to fulfill local business requirements

11. Provide cost justifiable local solutions if business requirement cannot be met by core applications

12. Ensure local solution delivers functionalities according to agreed business requirements

13. Ensure all deliverables comply to IT security standards.

14. Monitor the progress of local requirement implementation.

【Qualifications】

1. Communication skills (Mandarin, English), spoken and written (fluent)

2. Technical expertise in: SA, SD, Java Programming, Web application solutions, cloud solutions, CI/CD.

3. Knowledge in business application development life cycle

4. Knowledge in system tools (e.g. MS SQL, Unix, Linux, Informix, Weblogic etc.) used by DHL software development

5. Some knowledge in networking

6. Some knowledge in the latest technology trend

7. Desktop applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, etc.)

8. Experience or certified in standard Project Management methodologies (preferably)
