A 新案的開發與評估：
Market outreach, both primary and secondary
Business plan analysis, including meetings with potential investments
Networking with accelerators/incubators
Consulting lawyers and accountants
Conducting background checks on management
B投資後的績效追蹤與管理 ：
Helping conduct research on behalf of the company
Attending the Board’s meetings
Supporting and advising the management team
Finding and screening possible management candidates
Monthly financials review and analysis
Portfolio monitoring and data compilation


C投資流程與募資流程參與及協助 ／ 基金投資人(股東)關係協助 ：
Lead M&A Project / PE project / CVC Project
Helping fundraising documentation and project management
Reviewing target companies financial history and analyzing projections
Researching and talking to customers and competitors
Working with technical consultants to evaluate technologies
Building financial valuation models

Interviewing and gathering information from industry experts
