Responsibilities

• Assisting in originating mandates by conducting market and industry analysis and evaluating and analyzing the financial needs for clients and any other applicable quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Identifying and developing business opportunities, preparing marketing materials and presentations and assisting in client relationship development;
• Assisting senior directors in executing transactions by acting as project coordinator, due diligence and valuation manager;
• Responsible for the development of valuation models, pro-forma financial statements and comparable company analysis, etc. to perform asset valuations;
• Drafting documentations including engagement letters, bid letters, scheme booklets, bidders and targets statements, information memorandums, prospectuses;
• Training and supervising analysts on financial modelling and pitch books.
  

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of Investment banking experience
• To support senior bankers in preparing pitch materials and on deal execution
• Track record of execution experience
• In-depth technical understanding of financial modelling Ability to drive and lead financial modelling and valuation exercises independently
• Experienced in driving and leading analysts in delivering on pitches and execution work streams
• Ability to coach and develop analyst talent bench
• Presentable with good client management skills
• Fluency in English is a must
