The Role:

We are seeking an inventory/fulfillment analyst to manage and organize inventory in our Asia facilities and offsite test facilities. You will make contributions in Operations by supporting inventory and logistics. This position will be responsible for ensuring system transactions are performed in real time with inventory movement; in addition to managing/securing inventory and conducting cycle counts. You will be helping to expand the company’s inventory control processes, warehousing and distribution capabilities in Asia in addition to supporting organic growth.

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement methods of global inventory management to support a diverse customer base. We are a driven and growing team supporting chip and platform inventory and distribution with a startup attitude and are the frontline support for a company focused on changing the landscape in the datacenter.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate inventory transactions for fulfillments and transfer orders.
• Work with 3PL providers to insure timely and accurate transactions
• Cycle count inventory so that all parts are counted monthly
• Create processes to ensure accurate inventory storage and tracking
• Help with consolidation and movement of inventory to keep it well organized
• Review NetSuite transactions to ensure all were performed accurately and in a timely basis
• Analyze and resolve instances of discrepant inventory.
• Maintain order fulfillment metrics.
• Reconcile cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Organize inventory
• Conduct offsite inventory counts
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of order management / fulfillment experience.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Highly skilled in data and analytics.
• Proficient in ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP
• Keen eye for detail
• Fluent communication in both English and Mandarin
  
  

Education:

• Bachelors in Operations Management, Business, or related field with 2+ years of experience
