Job Summary
Raytheon’s Patriot Program is looking for an Integration Managerfor in-country operations associated with the Taiwanese Patriot follow-on programs. In this role you will serve as the company’s primary interface to the Taiwanese Air Force Maintenance Support Command (MSC) and Air Defense and Missile Command (ADMC) for all issues, questions, and requirements related to Patriot maintenance and operations improvements/upgrades.
This Onsite Accompanied role will be in Taipei, Taiwan.
Responsibilities To Anticipate
- Expand in Taiwan’s air and missile defense beyond equipment supplier to Global Capabilities Integrator and trusted thought direction for key decision makers.
- Act as an interface between the contractor office and CONUS based program management office for all issues related to growth related activities.
- Assist the in-county Patriot Associate Director with all matters pertaining to branch office operations and implementation of ongoing Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and Industrial Cooperation Program (ICP) projects.
- Assist the program in its mission to deliver a modernized, mission assured air and missile defense capability to Taiwan through improvements in performance, relationships, and results.
- Provide day to day supervision of local national administrative staff members.
- Establish daily work assignments to insure timely resolution of all relevant issues and requirements.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years’ experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have successfully completed a System Military Occupational Specialty Course (MOS) conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) or an equivalent course of instruction.
- Experience with field maintenance operating or maintaining the Patriot system.
- Experience in Taiwan and U.S. Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes and organization.
- Experience as a manager in a field environment providing supervision to personnel and support activities.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Previous expatriate experience desired.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Project.
- Experience with depot forward maintenance.
- Experience with Department of the Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations, to include Minor Alteration Procedures (MAP) installation and checkout.
- Ability to work across business areas, manage diverse tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines.
- Ability to analyze data and reports to identify issues and develop recommended courses of action to stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
