Location:Miao-li, Taiwan

Positioning: This position reports into the Manager Business Services Sanyi

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, incentive and budgeting proposals, employment formalities, payroll etc.
  • Support the APAC HR Director and Cluster Management by providing advice, counsel, and solutions; analyzing information and applications on all human resources related issues
  • Employee onboarding & offboarding (termination) for local and foreigner employees
  • Time & Attendance and Leave & Absence management and reporting
  • Manage regular performance appraisal, career development, salary review and reward process
  • Participate in periodic meetings to escalate and report any HR related matters to country, sub-region and global management
  • Ensure learning and development process in line with global and ISO requirement
  • Review and ensure compliance between company policies and labour law
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of HR operations covering full spectrum. Experience in the Manufacturing field is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of employment ordinance and regulations
  • Conversant in data management, analysis and proposing solutions and alternatives
  • Knowledge in personnel development, organization, compensation and benefits, learning & development, etc.
  • Professional competence & confident negotiation skills with all type of people regardless of position and rank
  • High level of integrity, ability to deal with confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin)
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Pro-active self-starter who is able to initiate and lead actions
