The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

What you will do...

• Be able to reconstruct organization and regrad job level. Reconstruct and calibrate internal and external incentives in salary structure. 能針對組織和職級進行重新定位，並重新校準內外市場的薪資福利配套與架構。
• Be able on managing formal and temp workers and well-managed works in different situations. 具備有管理正職和派遣員工的經驗，能因應不同情境下發展出有效的管理模式。
• Ever experienced labor dispute and know how to handle cases under law legality. 具備有勞資糾紛以及資遣員工的經驗，並按勞基法完善提供員工符合法律的權益。
• Assist the company to obtain required certificates and follow government protocols to ensure every personnel related regulations are well performed. 協助公司取得相應的人才發展與雇主品牌認證。
• Improve relevant administrative process and regulations . 改善相關制度優化管理辦法。

Must have...

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in business management, psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent. 至少有心理學、人力資源或企業管理相關學經歷背景。
• 8+ years of working experience in HR full function and as a leading manager. 8年以上HR主管full function經驗。
• A native mandarin speaker and practical experience in labor disputes. 熟悉勞基法並處理過勞資爭議且為中文母語人士

Nice to have...

• Has relevant experience in logistics/ supply chain industry. 具備有物流/供應鏈管理產業經驗
