仕事内容
Description:
1.Deliver both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers, including performance management, organizational design, compensation programs and recruitment.
2.Work with leaders to develop effective organizational structures to drive organizational health.
3.Drive standardization, efficiency gains and simplifications in HR processes globally while also keeping the customer needs in mind.
4.Continuously enhance efficiency and streamline internal process by analysis and take ownership of updating or creating new insights.
Qualifications:
1.10+ years working experience in HRM, and 5+ years team management experience.
2.Proficient in English.
3.Sufficient experience and knowledge of HR management.
4.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
5.A true team layer who is not afraid to take initiative and can think out of the box to drive change and innovation.
6.With proactive, data-driven, and global approach mindset.
7.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experience.
