Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality team to encompasse both Production Quality operations and responsible for continuously innovating and overseeing the processes that deliver high quality, cutting edge equipment to clinet.
• Primary responsibility is to manage quality improvement activities involved in the manufacturing delivery of customer orders.
• Lead and participate on various teams and attend quality related meetings for status, reviews, and engineering changes.
• Assess incoming quality issues impacting Install verify resolution activities are in process, and partner with respective organizations where necessary.
• Partner with Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering to develop standards for DFR & DFM to improve product reliability and drive reduction in warranty costs.
• Prepare Account team presentations for escalated Quality Issues/concerns. Facilitate with all stakeholders to establish priorities & implementation plans.
  

Experience

• 10 years of experience in Quality Management, preferred in automation or equipment industry.
• Demonstrated success in using structured problem-solving (PDCA, DMAIC, 8D) and quality methodologies to solve complex problems
• Strong experience in design Quality and product launch excellence
• Solid communication, collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Monitors and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as, global regulations and expectations
