This is an exciting newly created role to lead global C&B function operating across Asia markets.
Compensation & Benefts
· Manage and advise on all aspects of C&B cycle, including promotion, annual salary review, salary bench-marking, year-end bonus review, monthly payroll, pension program, benefits entitlement, other group’s salary and welfare policies from global perspectives.
· Design & review C&B policies and process through innovation and company competitiveness analysis
Total Rewards partnering
· Partner closely with HRBPs and business manager teams to align global wide strategies, programs and initiatives across the full C&B function.
· Partnering with business to understand internal and external market competition, carry out annual incentive plan design and organization and operation;
HR Technology & Processes
Support HRIS implementation and enhancement
