GPU Validation Engineer

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Validate GPU designs at system and component level (50%):

Generate solid test plan and automated flows, run the test, update status, and generate reports in a timely manner.

• Craft validation test plan.

• Setup test units.

• Build automated flows.

• Run test application on the systems.

• Report status and results of assigned tasks.

2. Debug issues (40%):

Repro and triage issues, file issues with accurate debug info and log files to respective team and cooperate with them to debug and drive issue closure.

• Capture debug information and log files.

• Reproduce, triage, and submit failures to their respective teams.

• Cooperate with respective teams to debug and drive issues to closure.

3. Set up lab units & equipment and manage lab assets (10%):

Ensure all units & equipment are well set up or managed and with up-to-date status in the lab asset tracker.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge on computer architecture, graphics hardware, firmware & software, and memory sub-systems.

2. Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

3. Problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with different teams proactively and effectively.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.

5. Engineering degree in CS or EE with 3+ years of relevant experience.

6. Experience with Linux, Python, JavaScript, Database, Power BI, or C++ will be a plus.
