[Responsibilities]

• Lead FX product team to conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and initiate & promote appropriate strategies and plan.
• Oversea FX product planning (e.g. Account opening process, Exchange, Transfer and Remittance) and system development.
• Manage and review the product process cross department to ensure process is streamlined with cost efficiency and in line with operation procedure.
• Review product delivery performance and product related governance.
• Responsible for FX product overall sales performance

[Skills/Experience]

• Bachelor degree; advanced degree like Master’s degree, MBA, etc. is a plus.
• 10+ years working experience in banking industry.
• Knowledge of digital FX products and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and communication/ presentation skills.
• Up to date knowledge of the financial market and regulations.
• Possess team work spirit; independent, self-driven and detail oriented.
• Flexible, creative in approach and adapt to changes and new situations.
