About Our Client

Our client is one of the top brands in the automobile industry. They are looking for young potential to support their Taiwan office.

Job Description

• Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable & inventory management.
• Bookkeeping:
• Record financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accuracy in financial entries.
• Perform month-end closing activities;
• Prepares full set of accounts with accounting schedules.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. (actual & forecast)
• Ensure timely submission financial report to Holding company;
• Prepare monthly consolidation and provide variation analysis.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts to help with planning and decision-making.
• Auditing:
• Laisse with external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation;
• Ensure timely submission audit report to Holding company.
• Financial Software:
• Utilize accounting software to manage financial data efficiently.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

Education: At least degree in accounting/finance and or a professional qualification that is recognized in Taiwan accounting industry/field.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing, accounting and audit matters. Handle full set of accounts.

Skills:-

• Consolidate group accounts, able to multi-task, work under pressure & meet dateline requirement;
• Effective written and oral communication skills in both English & Mandarin;
• Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet software (such as Microsoft Excel), and other relevant tools is important;
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are crucial in accounting to avoid errors and discrepancies;
• Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations is valuable;
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local financial regulations and tax laws and IFRS is essential to ensure compliance.
