Main accountabilities:

Finance & Tax

• Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitates knowledge transfer, training activities and best practice sharing in the defined ax practice area.
• Tax Accounting & Reporting: Responsible for all tax accounting and reporting activities within the scope of own tax practice/area.
• Tax Authorities:Liaises with Tax Authorities and similar in negotiations/dealings regionally/locally in tax policy matters within defined tax practice (including Transfer pricing for goods and servies, contracting business, mergers and acquisitions, intra-group arrangements, tax accounting and reporting, HR taxes, indirect taxes, financing and tax litigation/planning projects)
• Internal Control:Performs internal controls over financial reporting processes.
• Auditing: Liaise with internal and external auditors on the accounting and reporting issues. Conducts investigations and r econciliation of accounting transaction as necessary and facilitates resolution of accounting reporting issues.

SCM

• Purchasing of material for jobs and/or stock replenishment under consideration of economic aspects (costs, quantity, delivery time, etc.)
• Responsible for the administration of reception and expedition of goods incl. import and export documents
• Defining the replenishment figures with sales and workshop
• Support for inquiries, clarification of availability / delivery time
• Management of transport supplier (incl. shipping documents)
• To organize procurement and storage of goods
• Entering / maintaining master data in local ERP (incl. minimum inventory level, forecasts, etc.)

Requirements:

• Residing in Kaohsiung or Taipei
• 5 years minimum experience
• Amenable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to be flexible and work in a team environment
• Thinking and acting systemically
