In this role, you have the opportunity to

Help the Cluster Financial Business Partner to support business and operation, manage the financial planning processes for the market, responsible for analysis of business performance and supports the delivery of the business and financial plans.

You are responsible for

• Monitors the financial performance and operation of health system business division including both equipment and services.
• Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed
• Coordinate and support supervisor to drive Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis
• Supports business efforts in any finance related issues
• Drives and controls certain aspects of the financial business planning process: strategic review, budget, rolling forecasts, monthly performance reporting
• Business partner support to provide data and insights for commercial operational improvement
• Manages monthly reporting such as variance analysis vs plan and forecast for both PnL and working capital
• Works with Accounting / Operation teams (such as Q&A, Supply Chain and Commercial Policy etc) to drive better controlling of actual results
• Performs business cases analysis and profitability simulation to cater for better business decision
• Drive productivity funnel and establish link of productivity into the P&L
• Manage Working Capital performance of the business
• Ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place
• Supports supervisor on ad hoc projects and requests where appropriate & needed
  
  

Finance Team and report to Finance Business Partner, TW.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor above degree in Finance and/ or Accounting orientated study
• At least 10 years finance related working experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, can collaborate with wide range of stakeholders to deliver the result with quality and timeliness
• Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data
• Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
• Drive the follow-through of issues and good attention to detail
• Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure
• Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledge
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written
• CPA or equivalent accounting license holder is a plus.
